Rectal or anal warts, also known as (condyloma acuminata) are small warts that occur in the rectum. The initial out break is comprised of tiny blemishes about the size of the head of a pin, and may grow into a cauliflower like protuberances. As they grow they may appear yellow, pink, or light brown in color. While the warts are so small they are rarely painful, and while being so small it is impossible to see them with the naked eye.
