100% Organic Treatment Proven Effective for Molluscum: The unquantified Causes of Molluscum Contagiosum is the fact that as the disease is only a superficial, localized skin infection and not that serious, a person who has it does not care to treat it immediately. For the average incubation time of molluscum virus which is between two and seven weeks with a range extending up to six months, it is possible that the virus can be transferred to the siblings then to the neighbors. As lesions can occur anywhere on the body including the buttocks, thighs and external genitalia so the probability of spreading it is obvious too. This is threatening because it is a fact that this may develop a fulminating or rapidly worsening case of molluscum contagiosum. Careful hand washing is important to prevent spreading of existing lesions to other skin areas and an immediate solution shall be done so as not to spread the virus very quickly. It is evident that the Causes of Molluscum Contagiosum, which was discussed, recently shall be given great importance. Many dermatologists advise treating Molluscum because they spread easily. However, Molluscum will eventually go away on their own without leaving a scar. Because the growths are easily spread from one area of the skin to another, some growths may appear as others are going away. When there is a cause there is a way to stop it too. The molluscum is treated in the same ways that warts are treated. They can be frozen with liquid nitrogen, destroyed with various acids or blistering solutions, treated with an electric needle or scraped off with a sharp instrument. It can also be treated daily with a home application of a retinoid cream or gel, with a topical immune modifier, or with a topical anti-viral medication after doctor’s prescription. Also laser therapy has also been found to be effective in treating molluscum but a little bit expensive than the others. But for those with multiple stubborn lesions may benefit from oral medication.
