To prevent red body moles, minimize going outdoors in the sun. Wear protection in your eyes, face, hands and feet. Wearing sunscreen SPF 15 at least is helpful in reducing the risk of developing malignant melanoma. Your skin should be protected from the sun by wearing appropriate clothing. The moles can even grow in the part of the body where it is partly hidden and not exposed to the sun. Sun protection is important to avoid further damage to the moles and the surrounding skin.
