Raised moles maybe normal but if the skin is always caught under the sun, there is a possibility of developing malignant melanoma out of raised moles. Wearing sunscreen and appropriate clothing is advised to reduce the risk. Stay out of the sun if possible between the hours of 10 AM to 4PM where the UV index is high.
