A very common and oftentimes unrecognized medical dilemma many people are facing is Candida Yeast Infection, both digestive and systemic. Unfortunately there are no easy answers or remedies of permanence. Literally millions of men and women have a potential candida yeast infection that is either directly or indirectly causing a significant number of existing health problems or conditions. Realize that if a candida yeast infection is not completely removed and the body protected, it will continue to grow and will reduce your resistance to a host of physical aliments.
The numerous discomforts that await the body because of a candida yeast infection, this insidious and tenacious parasite, is immeasurable and in most cases the means of its removal or control is less than adequate. Going from resource to resource, doctor to doctor, and product to product is not the answer. It requires special attention and knowledge to overcome a serious to severe candida yeast.
Candida Albicans, the cause of candida yeast infections is a major contributing factor to the cause of physical ailments such as - Chronic Fatigue, Immune Weakness, Allergies and Systemic Degeneration.
Candida Albicans is a negative Yeast Infection that begins in the digestive system and slowly spreads to other parts of the body. Candida Albicans is a strong, invasive parasite that attaches itself to the intestinal wall and becomes a permanent resident of your internal organs. It is causing numerous health problems and discomfort for over thirty million men and women every day and it is estimated that nearly everyone has or will have a moderate to serious Candida condition eventually in their lives.
A yeast cell produces over seventy-five known toxic substances that consistently poison the human body. These toxins contaminate the tissues where it weakens the immune system, the glands, the kidneys, bladder, and lungs, liver and especially the brain and nervous system.
Candida yeast can become so massive and invasive that is enters the fungal form where it provides very long, root-like structures that penetrate the mucous lining of the gastrointestinal wall. This penetration breaks down the protective barrier between the intestinal tract and bloodstream, allowing many foreign and toxic substances to enter and pollute the body systemically. As a result, proteins and other food wastes that are not completely digested or eliminated can assault the immune system and cause tremendous allergic reactions, fatigue and many other health problems. It also allows the Candida itself and bacteria to enter the bloodstream, from which it may find its way to other tissues, resulting in far-ranging effects such as soreness of the joints, chest pain, sinus and skin problems, and more. And if that isn’t impressive enough, candida yeast infections can be sexually transmitted.
Candida yeast infections cover the intestinal wall, which chemically and mechanically interferes with digestion and assimilation of food nutrients. Many people, especially senior citizens, cancer victims and those with AIDS are wasting away, lacking nutrition because they cannot properly absorb what they eat. Many people digest less than fifty percent of their food because a candida yeast infection creates a digestive conflict and robs them of their nutrition. Candida yeast infections wreck havoc in the intestines and diseases of which the doctors have little or no answer and can use only medicines to treat it. All infectious conditions are made worse by the presence of Candida throughout the body.
The major waste product of yeast cell activity is acetaidehyde and the by-product ethanol. Many people have low iron content because this mineral is hard to absorb when affected by a candida yeast infection, and therefore have little oxygen in the tissues. Ethanol has been known to cause excessive fatigue and reduces the strength and stamina, which takes away ambition. Candida yeast infections destroy enzymes needed for cell energy and causes increased aging.
Some known contributing factors to candida yeast infections are tight clothing. Studies have indicated that vaginal yeast infections are three times more common in women who wear nylon underwear or tights than those who wear cotton underwear.
Antibiotics are known culprits in candida yeast infections. Antibiotics tend to kill all single-cell creatures living symbiotically with us. Afterwards, the strongest and most virulent tend to grow back faster. This means that a pattern or regular antibiotic use and recurrent infections will develop. If antibiotics are used, always follow up with probiotic supplements that include products like yogurt.
Oral contraceptives and steroids also contribute to candida yeast infections. Predisposing health conditions such as pregnancy, diabetes mellitus, and HIV infection are all associated with an increased risk of candida yeast infections. Allergies can cause chronic recurrent yeast vaginitis that can be resolved by avoiding the allergens and treating the allergies. It is advised to see a specialist to help determine what exactly those allergens are.
Decrease consumption of simple sugars and starches. A high-sugar diet encourages the overgrowth of Candida albicans thereby causing increased risk of candida yeast infections.
Women, who have a yeast infection or are predisposed to such infections by conditions listed above, should avoid highly refined foods that tend to feed candida fungus causing candida yeast infections. They should avoid refined sugar, fruits, fruit juices, refined carbohydrates, and alcohol.
A proactive approach at reducing the affects of a candida yeast infection would be to improve digestion of proteins. Stomach acid is an important line of defense against pathogens. Supplemental HCl acid may be helpful. Foods that are sufficiently broken down and absorbed are not available for parasites to feed off of. It is also advised to avoid antacids as much as possible.
It may sound like a virtual impossibility to avoid a candida yeast infection altogether, however, by taking proactive healthy measures in your everyday lifestyle may be the key in minimizing the affects a candida yeast infection can have on you personally.
