When will you ship my order?

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We ship orders the same day if we receive them by 2:00 pm Pacific Time.

Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If you order on a Friday after 2pm PST, your order will ship out the following Monday. Weekend days do not count towards shipping estimates.

Some orders may be delayed as we thoroughly investigate the validity of credit card transactions and verify billing information, and we can't be held responsible for order processing delays because of this. This is all done for your security.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping fees are based on how quickly you want your order delivered. We ship thousands of packages and we pass those savings on to you.

FedEx (2-3 day delivery, US only) $11.95 + $1.00 for each item ordered

Global Priority Mail (4-7 days, international only) $15.95 + $1.10 for each item ordered

How do I track my order?

If you select to ship your order using FedEx you will receive a tracking number in email. You can track your package here: http://www.fedex.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express / Optima, Discover/Novus. We also accept any bank debit card with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

Is your site secure?

We take your security and privacy very seriously. If you feel more comfortable, you can always phone, fax, or mail your completed order. To be secure, a site should make sure sensitive data is encrypted, and the data is processed in a safe, reasonable manner. Encryption is handled by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard security protocol our site uses to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. When communicating with a secure server like ours, these browsers encrypt the information you send in a way that is extremely difficult for someone to decode.

Can I pay by check or money order?

We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. Simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, continue to the shipping page so you'll get your order total. Instead of submitting credit card information, print the page and mail to us along with your payment. Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't place your order until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about 10 to 14 days. Please note, however, that the fastest way for us to process your order is to submit your credit card information along with your order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California. California State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order, excluding shipping. Because we are located in Los Angeles County, all shipments to California addresses are charged at that rate. No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged sales tax if shipped to addresses within the state of California.
