We live in Australia & just before Christmas we purchased Shingles No More & PHN No More off the website. The product arrived as promised and despite the very small quantities in the bottles, they seem to help. When will you ship my order?All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, continue to the shipping page so you'll get your order total. Instead of submitting credit card information, print the page and mail to us along with your payment. Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't place your order until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about 10 to 14 days. Please note, however, that the fastest way for us to process your order is to submit your credit card information along with your order.Do you charge sales tax?Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California. California State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order, excluding shipping. Because we are located in Los Angeles County, all shipments to California addresses are charged at that rate. No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged sales tax if shipped to addresses within the state of California.
